Dr. Theodore A. Terry is originally from Columbus, Ohio, and grew up in the historic east side community of Poindexter Village. He began his journey into the dental profession by serving eight years in the United States Air Force Dental Services as a dental assistant specialist and becoming a board-certified dental assistant (CDA). After being honorably discharged, he then returned to the Columbus area to continue his education and graduated from Capital University. Dr. Terry was conferred the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He then completed his advanced dental and hospital residency training at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
Dr. Terry spent a term in the National Health Service Corps, has held several dental faculty positions, and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. He endeavors to provide a broad scope of treatment options for his patients, with a comprehensive and ethical approach to dental care, regardless of a patient’s station or phase of life. He considers it a great honor to be a part of the dental profession, and a blessing to serve the dental health needs of this community.
Dr. Terry has been a long-time resident of Grove City with his wife, daughter, and Pug. When not in the office, he enjoys date night, daddy-daughter days, reading, fishing, gaming, range time, and family travel adventures.
