About Dr. Wotring

A lifelong Buckeye born and raised in Columbus Ohio, Dr Matt Wotring followed his natural path to The Ohio State University, where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in 2004. He soon returned, completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduating Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2011. After entering private practice, he continued to expand his training by obtaining a license in intravenous conscious sedation. Having personally conducted hundreds of sleep studies as a polysomnographic technologist prior to dental school, Dr Wotring continues to leverage this experience to help patients suffering from sleep disordered breathing. Most currently, he is nearing the completion of an externship in dental implant surgery at the Midwest Implant Institute.

Dr Wotring is married to his high school sweetheart, Brandie, and together they have two daughters, Lainey and Sofie. Bitten by the travel bug, you might occasionally find the family on the Carolina shore, in the mountains of Tennessee, or in the Florida sun at Walt Disney World (seriously, talk to Dr Matt about Disney!). With two natural-born performers in the household, at home the family is often busy shuttling the girls back and forth to the dance studio, competitions and recitals.

Dr Wotring’s practice philosophy is to inform his patients of the full range of treatment options available to them, while striving to understand and support what it is that motivates them, as well as what it is that they want and value. After a decade of dental practice in southern Ohio, he is excited to find a home with the team at Premier Dental of Washington Court House!
